Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan Delivers Presidential Address at Easter Milan Samaroh
Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Ranchi hosted a vibrant Easter Milan Samaroh marked by an atmosphere of joy, unity, and spiritual fellowship. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of H.H. Moran Mor Dr Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan, who delivered the Presidential Address, sharing profound reflections on the hope and resurrection of Christ.
The celebration brought together distinguished leaders from various Christian denominations. Among them were Rt. Rev. Simanth Tirkey, Bishop of the Gossner Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ranchi; Rt. Rev. Rajiv Satish Toppo, Archbishop of the North Western Gossner Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ranchi; Rev. Dr. MO Oomen Jr of the Mar Thoma Syrian Orthodox Church; Rev. Fr. Sibin Cherian from the Syrian Orthodox Church, Ranchi; and Rt. Rev. Manmohan Panda of Seekers Fellowship, Ranchi. Their presence added immense value to the ecumenical spirit of the celebration.
The event was further graced by Rev. Fr. Birender Kullu, Roman Catholic Priest from Ranchi, who served as the Guest of Honor for the occasion. Prominent government dignitaries also attended the event, including Shri Bandhu Tirkey, former Member of the Legislative Assembly from Mandar; Shri Rajesh Kachhap, current MLA from Kijri; and Shri Gyanendra Sir, Additional District Collector of Simdega (IAS).

Moran Mor Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan Presides Over Resurrection Service in Ranchi
On the Great and Holy Feast of Pascha, thousands of faithful gathered in Ranchi to commemorate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Easter Sunday Divine Liturgy was solemnly celebrated with great reverence and spiritual joy.
The liturgy was presided over by His Holiness Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan, and concelebrated by His Eminence Joshua Mor Barnabas Episcopa, Archbishop of the Kolkata and Jorhat Archdioceses, along with clergy from the Dioceses of Jharkhand and Bihar.
It was a most joyous and solemn occasion, as the congregation united in proclaiming the triumph of Christ over death, filling the atmosphere with the unshakable joy and hope of the Risen Lord.

A grand reception was accorded to Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan at Kattappana, under the auspices of the Idukki Mission Province.
The event took place at St. Thomas Believers Eastern Church, Kattappana, and was presided over by His Grace Mathews Mor Silvanus Episcopa, Diocesan Bishop of the Trivandrum-Bengaluru Diocese. Mr. Joy Vettikuzhy, Chairman of the Idukki UDF, inaugurated the program, and Idukki MP Adv. Dean Kuriakose delivered the keynote address.

H.H. Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan inaugurated the Lamp Lighting Ceremony of the 13th batch of Believers College of Nursing today. In his inaugural address, His Holiness encouraged the students to be a light to others and an icon of compassion in their noble profession.
Rev. Fr. Sijo Pandappallil, Manager of BCMH and spokesperson of Believers Eastern Church, delivered the presidential address, while the director’s address was given by Prof. Dr. George Chandy Matteethra, Director & CEO of BCMCH. Prof. Sherine Peter, Principal of BCON, along with other dignitaries, graced the occasion.
