The Synod Secretariat of Believers Eastern Church is the central office for the universal governance of the church. Located in Thiruvalla, India, it houses the offices, commissions, boards and departments that serve the dioceses and parishes. It is the regular meeting place for the gatherings of both The Synod and the Conference of Bishops.
