The parish feast and three-day spiritual convention at St. Paul’s Believers Eastern Church, Iduvettal, concluded on a blessed note with the solemn celebration of the Divine Liturgy on May 18. His Holiness Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan presided over the sacred service, joined in concelebration by His Grace Mathews Mor Silvanos Episcopa, the Bishop of the Thiruvananthapuram-Bengaluru Diocese, and clergy from the region.
Following the service, a special felicitation was held in honor of the Metropolitan, organized by the parishes under the leadership of the Kottayam Mother Parish. Distinguished guests in attendance included Hon. MLA Shri N. Jayaraj (Chief Whip, Government of Kerala), Shri Mukesh M. Mani (President, Vazhoor Block Panchayat), Smt. Ramla Begum (President, Kannada Panchayat), and Shri C.V. Thomaskutty (Kangazha Ward Member).
The parish feast and three-day convention began with an inaugural service on May 16 led by His Grace Mathews Mor Silvanos Episcopa. Rev. Dr. Mothy Varghese Achen (Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church) delivered the message on the opening day, while Rev. Dr. Daniel Johnson, Secretary General of Believers Eastern Church, shared the Word of God on the second day, encouraging the faithful to deepen their spiritual journey.
The three-day celebration served as a time of spiritual enrichment and fellowship for the entire parish community. The faithful of St. Paul’s Believers Eastern Church expressed heartfelt gratitude to God for His abundant grace and for the opportunity to come together as one body in Christ.
