Ranchi Diocese Observes No Tobacco Day with Impactful Awareness Rally

On 31st May 2025, the Ranchi Diocese of Believers Eastern Church observed World No Tobacco Day with a powerful awareness rally across Ranchi City.

Youths, children, seminary students, Sisters of the Cross trainees, staff members, and priests marched together in unity, carrying placards and chanting slogans that highlighted the harmful effects of tobacco use. Their collective voices echoed through the streets and highways, capturing public attention and spreading a strong message about living tobacco-free.

This meaningful initiative was highly appreciated by public bodies and local citizens, who commended the Diocese’s efforts to promote healthier living and inspire positive change in the community.
