His Holiness Theophilus Metropolitan Visits Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Massachusetts

His Holiness Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan, accompanied by a delegation from Believers Eastern Church, including His Eminence Daniel Mor Timotheos Episcopa, Archbishop of North America and Europe, paid a visit to the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Brookline, Massachusetts, last week.

Holy Cross, the principal seminary of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, warmly welcomed His Holiness and the accompanying delegation. During the visit, His Holiness was given a tour of the campus, library, chapel, and other facilities. He also took a moment to pay his respects at the tomb of Archbishop Lakovos of America, a extraordinary and visionary Hierarch who served as the Primate of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of North and South America for 37 years.

It is worth noting that three clergymen from Believers Eastern Church have successfully completed their master’s degrees in Theology from this esteemed institution, earning commendable academic achievement. Their success stands as a testament to the Church’s continued dedication to theological excellence and the equipping of its clergy for deeper spiritual formation and effective pastoral ministry.
