General Convention in Odisha Inspires Faithful Toward Nation-Building and Service

The General Convention held at Brajrajnagar, Odisha, became a blessed time of joy and fellowship as believers gathered with renewed commitment to fulfilling God’s purpose for their lives.

Graced by the presence of His Holiness Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan, His Eminence Joshua Mor Barnabas Episcopa, Archbishop of the Kolkata and Jorhat Archdioceses, His Eminence Justin Mor Thomas Episcopa, Archbishop of the Nagpur and Dhaka Archdioceses, His Grace Mathews Mor Silvanus Episcopa of the Trivandrum and Bengaluru Dioceses, His Grace Yacob Mor Theophanous Episcopa of the Agartala Diocese, and Rev. Fr. Dr. Daniel Johnson, Secretary General of the Church, who took different sessions, the gathering inspired everyone to take active steps in nation-building, caring for the environment, and living out their faith through service.

Each session reminded the faithful that transforming the world begins with transformed hearts — hearts that love, serve, and pray. Prayers were also offered for the nation and for peace in the world.
