44 Sisters Dedicated to the Order of Sisters of the Cross

On June 3, 2026, the solemn Service of Dedication for the Order of Sisters of the Cross was held at St. Thomas Believers Eastern Church Cathedral, World Church Headquarters, under the presidency of Moran Mor Dr. Samuel Theophilus Metropolitan.

A total of 44 sisters, having faithfully completed their period of training, were dedicated to the sacred ministry of the Order of Sisters of the Cross of the Believers Eastern Church.

During the service, they were given the Cross as a symbol of their servanthood and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and to the Order of Sisters of the Cross.

The dedication service marked the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of these sisters as they entered this holy calling to serve God and His people. The Church offered prayers that the Lord would anoint them with the power of the Holy Spirit and grant them grace, wisdom, faithfulness, courage, patience, and joy in their ministry.

May they be instruments of Christ’s love and compassion, ministering especially to the poor, the sick, the suffering, and those in need. As they undertake this sacred ministry, the Church gives thanks to God for choosing them to be channels of His blessing to a broken and needy world.

The faithful are invited to join in praying for these 44 dedicated sisters as they embark on this sacred journey of service for the glory of God and the good of humanity.
